Hotels: one chemistry log for the pool, the spa and the wading pool
Hotel pools are tested by whoever is on shift, and the inspector wants to see every test and what was done about bad readings. Lanewren keeps one log for every pool and spa and produces the monthly report.
How hospitality teams use Lanewren
- Set up each pool and spa with its code limits and the number of tests your code requires per day.
- Keep the printable daily log at the pool; staff record readings and initials.
- Enter the sheets into the file once a day; red cells show what needs action, with a notes column for what was done.
- Print and sign the Monthly report and keep it with your records.
In the example hotel's July, 305 readings across three pools showed 5 out-of-range readings, each listed with the operator's notes, and 2 days short of the required number of tests.

FAQ
Can several staff enter tests?
Yes; each row has the operator's initials. In Google Sheets the file can be shared with the team.
Why not pool-service software?
Service apps are built for pool companies and charge monthly; Lanewren is for the operator at one property, a file you own.
