Every pool test logged and checked, ready for the inspector
Set up to 8 pools and spas with your own health code's limits (sanitizer, pH, combined chlorine, CYA, alkalinity, temperature) and the number of tests required per day. Every reading on the Log is checked as it is typed; combined chlorine is worked out from free and total. The Monthly report lists readings, days logged, days short of required tests, out-of-range readings with the operator's notes and percent in range, print-ready with a signature line. A dosing calculator and printable log sheets for the clipboard are included.

Why teams pick Lanewren
- Paper can't flag a low chlorine reading; Lanewren checks every reading against your code's limits as you type.
- The monthly report counts days short of required tests and lists every out-of-range reading, the two things inspectors ask about.
- Up to 8 pools and spas, each with its own limits, and 3,000 test rows.
- Printable sheets for the pool deck are included; print them as often as you need, unlike a paper log book you buy again.
- Honest limit: it is a record-keeping tool, not a controller or a service-company app; some health departments still require their own form.
How it works
- Enter your facility and pools on Settings and copy your health code's limits into each pool's row.
- Log every test (from the printable sheet or straight into the file); red cells show out-of-range readings.
- At month end, open the Monthly report, check the red cells, sign it and print or save it as PDF.
FAQ
Why not a paper pool log book?
Paper log books cost $24.31-$50.00 each and fill up; they can't flag a bad reading, count missed tests or total the month. Lanewren is $19 once and includes printable sheets for the pool deck.
Which state's code does it use?
Yours: each pool has its own limits row, pre-filled in the example with common code-style values. Replace them with your state or county code's numbers.
Does it replace a certified operator or the health department's forms?
No. It is a record-keeping tool. Some health departments require their own form; you can still use Lanewren to keep and check the numbers.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
