Soaklark: water balloon fight game online

Soaklark is a free water-balloon turf war you play right in your browser. Two block-party teams, Fizz and Punch, race to paint a cartoon neighborhood in their colour. Everywhere you run leaves a trail, every balloon you lob splashes a big puddle, and a direct hit soaks a rival and sends them back to their yard to dry off. Hold the 5 flags (the fountain, the lemonade stand, the treehouse and friends) because they count double. When the whistle blows after 90 seconds, the team that painted more of the block wins. Bot teammates and rivals make it fun on your own, a couch mode puts two players on one keyboard or one phone, and the daily block is the same map for everyone, with a share card, a short clip of the final reveal and a link that challenges a friend to beat your score. No download and no sign-up; it runs on phones, tablets, Chromebooks and PCs.

How to play Soaklark

  1. Run around the block: the ground under you turns your team's colour.
  2. Lob water balloons to splash big puddles of paint, and aim at rivals to soak them; a soaked player goes back to their yard for a moment.
  3. Stand on your own colour to reload faster and run quicker; the other team's colour slows you down.
  4. Take the 5 flagged spots: hold more than half of a spot's ground to own it, and its ground counts double.
  5. Grab the roller skates and the mega balloon at the street crossings, then make the last 10 seconds count.

Controls

Phone and tablet: Drag anywhere to run (a stick appears under your thumb); tap to throw a water balloon at the nearest rival. With your thumb already down, tap with a second finger to throw on the move. Couch 2-player: each player holds their own half of the screen.

Desktop, laptop and Chromebook: WASD or the arrow keys to run, Space or J to throw (auto-aim), or click to throw exactly where you point. Couch 2-player: WASD + Space for Fizz, arrows + Enter for Punch. Esc to pause, R to restart, M to mute.

Soaklark tips and strategy

  • Reload on your own colour: you get a balloon back twice as fast there.
  • Lob balloons into big unpainted yards early; each one paints far more than running.
  • The flags count double, so a late splash on a spot can swing the result.
  • Your yard is safe: you cannot be soaked at home, so retreat to reload when outnumbered.
  • Roller skates make you 35% faster for 6 seconds; use them to repaint enemy trails.
  • Save a mega balloon for a crowded spot: it paints a huge puddle and can soak two rivals at once.

Game modes

  • Today's block: the same seeded map for everyone today, 4 vs 4 with bots, a day streak and a shareable result.
  • Quick match: a brand-new block every round, 90 seconds.
  • Couch 2-player: Fizz vs Punch on one device, each with 3 bot teammates.
  • Challenge a friend: send a link to today's block with your score; they see whether they beat it.

  • Snow Day and Neon Night blocks, hard rivals and every past daily block (full game).

Soaklark FAQ

Is Soaklark free to play?

Yes. Today's block, quick matches, couch 2-player and challenge links are free, with no ads and no sign-up. The full game ($2.99 once) or the Fun Pass adds Block Party (5 vs 5), the Snow Day and Neon Night blocks, hard rivals and the archive of past daily blocks.

Can two people play on one device?

Yes. Couch 2-player puts Fizz and Punch on one keyboard (WASD + Space vs arrows + Enter) or one phone or tablet, where each player holds their own half of the screen.

Can I play against a friend online?

Send a challenge link after today's block: your friend plays the same map and sees whether they beat your score. There are no live online matches, so there is no lag and nothing to sign up for.

Is Soaklark violent?

No. It is a cartoon block party: players splash water balloons and paint, and a soaked player simply runs back to their yard to dry off. The neighborhood, teams and characters are made up.

How do I win a round?

Paint more of the block than the other team by the whistle. Ground inside the 5 flagged spots counts double, so holding the spots matters.

Is Soaklark unblocked?

Soaklark is a small HTML5 game on cybermaxtools.com with no download or plug-in. Whether a school or work network allows it depends on that network's filters.

Can I save a clip of my game?

On most browsers the game records the last seconds of each round and the final reveal on your device. After the round, tap Save clip to keep the video and post it anywhere. Nothing is uploaded.

Does it work offline?

Yes. After your first visit you can add it to your home screen and play without a connection.

How much is the full Soaklark?

$2.99 once, no subscription: it opens every level, mode, the daily archive and themes in Soaklark for good, and your receipt code works on any device. The daily block, quick matches and couch 2-player stay free. The CyberMax Fun Pass opens every CyberMax game instead.
