Every ClinicalTrials.gov study in one table, free to download
Trialtide flattens the whole ClinicalTrials.gov registry into one row per study: status, phase, design, enrollment, start and completion dates, conditions with MeSH terms, interventions, sponsor type, countries and site counts. Stopped trials carry a reason category. One Parquet file you can open in pandas or DuckDB, instead of paging through the API or paying per study.

Why teams pick Trialtide
- The full registry for free: at $3-$8 per 1,000 studies, scraping 600,000 studies costs well over a thousand dollars.
- Already flat: one row per study with phase, sponsor type, countries and site counts, no nested JSON to unpack.
- Stopped trials carry a reason category (low enrollment, business decision, funding) you can count without reading free text.
- A $49/year licence adds an invoice, certificate and named support if your company needs them.

Can I download all of ClinicalTrials.gov at once?
Yes. Trialtide is the full registry (604,146 studies in the 24 Sep 2026 build) as one Parquet file, free.
Why not an Apify ClinicalTrials.gov scraper?
Scrapers charge per study ($2-$8 per 1,000 on their pages today) and return nested records. Use one if you need a live pull of a few trials today; Trialtide is the whole registry, flat, free.
Why not the ClinicalTrials.gov API?
It is free and current, but paged and nested. Trialtide is a snapshot already flattened for analysis; use the API when you need today's record for one trial.
Is this medical advice?
No. Registry data for research and business analysis only; it says nothing about whether a treatment works.
Do I have to pay to use it?
No. The data keeps its open licence for everyone, at work too. The $49/year licence is for companies that want an invoice, a certificate in their name, named support and service levels; it covers every CyberMax dataset.
