Send each client a digest of new results, with the CSV attached

For: automation agencies

Agencies that run scrapers and monitors for clients still export CSVs and write update emails by hand. Letterkeel's digest mode emails each client only the rows that are new since the last run, as a table with the CSV attached, from your agency's domain.

How automation agencies teams use Letterkeel

  1. Connect your agency's SMTP or Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun or Postmark key once.
  2. Point Letterkeel at the client's dataset and set the recipient to the client.
  3. Run it on a webhook after each scheduled run, in digest mode.
  4. Check the message ID and provider response in the run output if a client asks.

No new rows means no email and no charge, so clients are not spammed with empty reports.
