Letterkeel is an email step for Apify and automations. Give it your SMTP login or a Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun or Postmark key and it sends from your own domain to any recipient: a single alert, a digest of a run's new rows with the CSV attached, or a mail merge from a dataset or sheet. Every email returns its message ID and the provider's response. Failed sends, invalid addresses and dry runs are free.

FAQ
Can Apify send email to other people?
The free apify/send-mail Actor sends only to your own account email on the free plan, and to up to 20 recipients on paid plans. Letterkeel sends to any recipient through your own provider.
Why not apify/send-mail?
It is free (you pay platform usage) and fine for emailing yourself. Letterkeel adds sending from your own domain to anyone, digests with CSV, mail merge, and a message ID per email, for $0.001 per email.
Why not call my email provider's API directly?
You can if you want to write and maintain the code. Letterkeel already turns a dataset into a table email with CSV, skips invalid and duplicate addresses, retries rate limits and switches between five providers with one field.
Is it for cold email?
