Build a coverage report from a list of article links

For: PR

After a launch, PR teams collect coverage links and then copy headlines, authors and dates into a report by hand. Inkpluck reads every link and returns the title, author list, publish date, word count and clean text in one table.

How PR teams use Inkpluck

  1. Paste the campaign's coverage links into Inkpluck.
  2. Download the CSV: title, authors, publish date, words, language.
  3. Sort by date for the timeline; use the text to check how the brand was described.
  4. Add new links later; only new articles are charged.

Non-article pages (home pages, tag pages) can be set to cost nothing.

FAQ

Does it measure reach?

No. It extracts article content and metadata, not audience numbers.

Why not copy it by hand?

For five links, do. For a campaign with a hundred, one run takes seconds and costs about ten cents.
