Build 2D platformer levels by painting terrain in Godot 4

Setting up autotile terrain by hand takes an afternoon per biome. Mossvane ships the terrain sets done.

How games teams use Mossvane Tileset

  1. Open godot/project.godot and press F5 to see the demo; keys 1-4 switch biome.
  2. Copy godot/mossvane/ into your project and add a TileMapLayer with a biome TileSet.
  3. In the Terrains tab, pick the biome terrain and paint; slopes and platforms already collide.
  4. Add the Parallax2D layers with scroll speeds 0, 0.15, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.75.
