Turn a list of company domains into contact cards
Give Hollerdex a list of company domains and get one contact card per company: the best published email with a label (sales, support, press or general), phone numbers in E.164 format, profiles on 14 social networks, and the contact page and form. It reads only pages the company publishes on its own website, with no login. Domains where nothing is found, and sites behind a bot wall, cost nothing.

Why teams pick Hollerdex
- Charged per company, only when contacts are found; a page-based scraper charges for every page it opens, found or not.
- Picks and labels the best email (sales, support, press, general), so you don't sort a pile of addresses by hand.
- Phones normalised to E.164 and profiles on 14 social networks, plus the contact page and whether it has a form.
- Company-published contacts only, each verifiable on the page it came from.
- Monitor mode returns and charges only domains whose contacts changed, so a weekly CRM refresh costs cents.
How it works
- Open Hollerdex on Apify and paste company domains, one per line.
- Run it; each domain becomes one contact card.
- Download CSV or Excel, or schedule monitor mode to catch changed contacts.
FAQ
How do I find a company's email from its domain?
Paste the domain into Hollerdex. It reads the company's homepage and its contact-type pages (6 pages per domain by default, up to 15) and returns the best published email with a label, plus phones and socials.
Why not Hunter.io or Snov.io?
They find named people's addresses, on monthly plans from $39 to $49. Hollerdex returns only what the company publishes itself (role addresses like sales@ or press@, phones, profiles, contact form), per company with no plan. If you need a named person's email, use them.
Why not vdrmota's Contact Details Scraper?
It is the better pick for crawling many pages of one big site, and it charges per page visited. For a list of company domains, Hollerdex charges per company only when it finds contacts and picks the best email for you.
Is this legal to use?
Hollerdex reads only public company pages. Business emails and phones can still be personal data under GDPR or CCPA, so use them for a legitimate business purpose and follow anti-spam rules. This is general information, not legal advice.
What about sites that block bots?
They return no contacts and are not charged, as canva.com was in the sample run.
