How to get App Store and Google Play reviews into a spreadsheet and find the complaints
Short answer
Look up the app by name or id in each store, pull the newest public reviews for the countries you care about, and put both stores in one table with the same columns (stars, text, date, app version). Then filter to 1-2 star reviews and count the phrases that repeat: those are the complaints worth fixing first.
- Give the app name or store id and choose App Store, Google Play or both.
- Pick countries and a language; App Store reviews are per country.
- Set the number of reviews per app and filters (stars, since date, keyword).
- Group 1-2 star reviews by app version to see whether a release made things worse.
- Schedule it with only-new-reviews mode to get a daily complaints feed.

Can I get every review ever written?
No. The stores expose a limited number of recent public reviews per app and country.
