How to track your subscriptions for free and see what they really cost
Short answer
Write down each subscription with its price, how often it charges and the next renewal date. Convert everything to a monthly figure (weekly x 52 / 12, quarterly / 3, yearly / 12), add them up, and multiply by 12 for the yearly cost. Put each renewal (and every free-trial end date) in your calendar with a reminder a few days before.
Copy-paste code
Monthly cost of any subscription (B = price, C = billing cycle)
Weekly: =B2*52/12 $2.99/week -> $12.96/month
Monthly: =B2 $15.49/month -> $15.49/month
Quarterly: =B2/3 $30/quarter -> $10.00/month
Yearly: =B2/12 $99.99/year -> $8.33/month
Yearly cost of everything: =SUM(monthly column)*12
