How to check the authority of many domains at once (and what the score means)
Short answer
Clean the list to bare domains (no https://, no paths, no duplicates), run them through a bulk checker, and sort by the score. An open-data score such as Linkheft's comes from the Common Crawl web graph and Majestic Million; it is not Moz DA, so use a Moz tool when someone asks for that exact metric.
- Strip each URL to its registrable domain (example.com), lower case, one per line.
- Remove duplicates before you run, so you do not pay twice.
- Run the list and sort by authority score; keep the rank and trend columns.
- Treat unranked domains as very small or new sites, not as errors.
- Re-run monthly: the open web graph is refreshed every few months, so the trend column shows movement.

Is this the same as Moz Domain Authority?
No. It is a separate 0-100 score from open data; report it under its own name.
