Not from us: the licence says CyberMax "does not register this music with YouTube Content ID or any other fingerprinting service".
What does the licence allow?
From the Blipwren Music Licence: use the files "in games, apps, videos, streams, podcasts, websites and other works, for yourself or for clients, personal or commercial, with no attribution required". Not allowed: redistributing the music files themselves, releasing them "as your own songs on streaming services", or registering them with Content ID.
What are the limits?
One style (chiptune), loops of about 24 to 40 seconds; no long cinematic tracks. The full download is large (132.6 MB zip) because every track ships as WAV and OGG.
